Surface Preparation and Painting Services

Surface preparation and painting services for transformer tanks and components are carried out in accordance with international standards to ensure long service life and high corrosion resistance under demanding environmental conditions.

Prior to painting, surfaces can be prepared by abrasive blasting up to Sa 2½ level depending on customer specifications. We are also capable of applying UL-certified coating systems upon request.

Painting systems, coating thicknesses and color specifications are applied under controlled processes and verified through inspection procedures. Products can be delivered either as semi-finished components or fully painted ready-to-assemble structures suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
